I always was terrified to make bread because it's so complicated and SO darn sensitive! I finally got the nerve to inch my way into it after seeing the rave reviews on a similar recipe, and I've never looked back. I've made adjustments over the years, and below is my take - this is a staple when we have friends visiting, or when we're craving a nice sandwich (check this one out)! I can relate with you but I think I am worse than you. You see I love pizza very much and I’d like to make my own recipe according to my craving of the day. But the problem is that I cannot make the dough. And I believe making dough is way easier that making bread. Well that is only my opinion. But anyway that is my biggest frustration. I cannot make my own personalize pizza simply because I always fail making dough. So congratulations for making a good bread.
